Smith Farm Inclusive Bar Package

Our package includes everything you need for seamless bar service:

  • Professional bartenders and staff

  • Unlimited communication for party planning

  • Complete setup and cleanup

  • A beautiful bar setup

  • Disposable drinkware and dry goods

  • Ice/Coolers

  • General and liquor liability insurance, including a CT liquor permit

Beverages:
This package includes a beer and wine selection. For an additional charge, upgrade to our Open Bar Package, featuring:

  • Beer and wine (red and white)

  • Vodka, rum, tequila, bourbon, and gin

  • Mixers, garnishes, and signature cocktail options

​The Extras

The Extras are additional options you might love

that will enhance your party style or overall experience of your bar services.

​​

  • Preceremony Mocktail Service -   ​Keep your guests refreshed and satisfied throughout your event. This area is a self-serve station and is set up one hour before the bar opens for your guests arrival and remains available throughout the duration of the event, ensuring continuous hydration and enjoyment.

​​

Infused Water & Lemonade:

  • Cucumber Mint Water or Lemon Water

  • Lemonade

Upgrade Option:

  • Soda Selection: Assorted canned sodas, Coke, Diet and Gingerale/Sprite

  • Mocktail Options: Rotating seasonal mocktails with fresh ingredients​

  • ​Glassware - Cocktail, tall, wine, and martini glassware. 

          ​​

  • The Seamless Serve Cocktail Hour ​ - This dedicated second bar is set up near the ceremony area for convenience and efficiency.  With the Seamless Serve Cocktail Hour, your guests can enjoy their first sip without the wait, setting the perfect tone for the celebration.

We will serve pre-prepared signature cocktails, so guests can easily grab a drink as they move from the ceremony to the reception. This keeps the line flowing and the celebration uninterrupted.

To ensure a smooth setup, we add  3-4 hours to your set up the second bar and prepare the Quick Pour Station of your signature options.

  • Prosecco Toast  -  Table, Station, Or  Bar Service or Passed. We will provide long-stem champagne glasses, additional tubs for chilling, ice, and service for your specialty toast. ​​​​​​

​​​

  • Party Signage - Display your signature drinks and bar options with 8X10 custom signage created by our in-house graphic designer.
